We've dealt with many wonderful agents throughout the years! Kate is still one of our favorites. She puts up with a lot from my husband and is as patient and loyal as they come. God bless her! My most recent experience with Jen Crowe was amazing. Adding additional drivers to my existing policies was not an easy task. She ran numbers and ran numbers until she was satisfied the best price was achieved. She saved us so much money with her knowledge and experience, requesting necessary documents needed to help reduce our costs. In addition to her professional experience, she was an absolute joy to work with. Jen was always upbeat, easily accessible and alway brought a smile to my face with every call. That says a lot especially when your policy is going up in cost. She honestly worked tirelessly to make sure it changed with the most minimal increase and for that I am truly grateful and extremely appreciative.
